Ahmed Ali
The evil of what they had done will become clear to them, and they will be seized by what they had scorned.
Shakir
And the evil (consequences) of what they did shall become manifest to them and that which they mocked shall encompass them.

اور ان پر کھل گئیں (ف۶۴) ان کے کاموں کی برائیاں (ف۶۵) اور انہیں گھیرلیا اس عذاب نے جس کی ہنسی بناتے تھے،
45:33 وَقِيلَ ٱلْيَوْمَ نَنسَىٰكُمْ كَمَا نَسِيتُمْ لِقَآءَ يَوْمِكُمْ هَٰذَا وَمَأْوَىٰكُمُ ٱلنَّارُ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن نَّٰصِرِينَ ٤٣
45:34
Ahmed Ali
"We shall ignore you today," they will be told, "as you had forgotten the meeting of this Day. Your dwelling place is Hell, and there is none to save you:
Shakir
And it shall be said: Today We forsake you as you neglected the meeting of this day of yours and your abode is the fire, and there are not for you any helpers:

اور فرمایا جائے گا آج ہم تمہیں چھوڑدیں گے (ف۶۶) جیسے تم اپنے اس دن کے ملنے کو بھولے ہوئے تھے (ف۶۷) اور تمہارا ٹھکانا آ گ ہے اور تمہارا کوئی مددگار نہیں (ف۶۸)
45:34 ذَٰلِكُم بِأَنَّكُمُ ٱتَّخَذْتُمْ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ هُزُوًا وَغَرَّتْكُمُ ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَا فَٱلْيَوْمَ لَا يُخْرَجُونَ مِنْهَا وَلَا هُمْ يُسْتَعْتَبُونَ ٥٣
45:35
Ahmed Ali
This because you laughed at God´s revelations and were taken in by the life of the world." So they will neither be taken out of it, nor will be asked to seek God´s favour on that day.
Shakir
That is because you took the communications of Allah for a jest and the life of this world deceived you. So on that day they shall not be brought forth from it, nor shall they be granted goodwill.

یہ اس لیے کہ تم نے اللہ کی آیتوں کا ٹھٹھا (مذاق) بنایا اور دنیا کی زندگی نے تمہیں فریب دیا (ف۶۹) تو آج نہ وہ آگ سے نکالے جائیں اور نہ ان سے کوئی منانا چاہے (ف۷۰)
45:35 فَلِلَّهِ ٱلْحَمْدُ رَبِّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَرَبِّ ٱلْأَرْضِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ٦٣
45:36
Ahmed Ali
All praise be to God, Lord of the heavens, Lord of the earth, Lord of all the worlds.
Shakir
Therefore to Allah is due (all) praise, the Lord of the heavens and the Lord of the earth, the Lord of the worlds.
Ahmed Raza Khan
تو اللہ ہی کے لیے سب خوبیاں ہیں آسمانوں کا رب اور زمین کا رب اور سارے جہاں کا رب،
45:36 وَلَهُ ٱلْكِبْرِيَآءُ فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٧٣
45:37
Ahmed Ali
His is the supremacy in the heavens and the earth; and He is the all-mighty and all-wise.
Shakir
And to Him belongs greatness in the heavens and the earth, and He is the Mighty, the Wise.

اور اسی کے لیے بڑائی ہے آسمانوں اور زمین میں، اور وہی عزت و حکمت والا ہے،

46:1 تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ ٢
46:2
Ahmed Ali
The revelation of this Book is from God, the mighty and all-wise.
Shakir
The revelation of the Book is from Allah, the Mighty, the Wise.

یہ کتاب (ف۲) اتارنا ہے اللہ عزت و حکمت والے کی طرف سے،
46:2 مَا خَلَقْنَا ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَآ إِلَّا بِٱلْحَقِّ وَأَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ عَمَّآ أُنذِرُوا۟ مُعْرِضُونَ ٣
46:3
Ahmed Ali
We have not created the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them but with a purpose for an appointed time. Yet the unbelievers turn away from the warning.
Shakir
We did not create the heavens and the earth and what is between them two save with truth and (for) an appointed term; and those who disbelieve turn aside from what they are warned of.
Ahmed Raza Khan
ہم نے نہ بنائے آسمان اور زمین اور جو کچھ ان کے درمیان ہے مگر حق کے ساتھ (ف۳) اور ایک مقرر میعاد پر (ف۴) اور کافر اس چیز سے کہ ڈرائے گئے (ف۵) منہ پھیرے ہیں (ف۶)
46:3 قُلْ أَرَءَيْتُم مَّا تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ أَرُونِى مَاذَا خَلَقُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلْأَرْضِ أَمْ لَهُمْ شِرْكٌ فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ ٱئْتُونِى بِكِتَٰبٍ مِّن قَبْلِ هَٰذَآ أَوْ أَثَٰرَةٍ مِّنْ عِلْمٍ إِن كُنتُمْ صَٰدِقِينَ ٤
46:4
Ahmed Ali
Say: "Have you thought of those you invoke apart from God? Show me what they have created of the earth, or, do they have a share in the heavens? Bring me an earlier Book than this, or inherited knowledge, if you are truthful."
Shakir
Say: Have you considered what you call upon besides Allah? Show me what they have created of the earth, or have they a share in the heavens? Bring me a book before this or traces of knowledge, if you are truthful.

تم فرماؤ بھلا بتاؤ تو وہ جو تم اللہ کے سوا پوجتے ہو (ف۷) مجھے دکھاؤ انہوں نے زمین کا کون سا ذرہ بنایا یا آسمان میں ان کا کوئی حصہ ہے، میرے پاس لاؤ اس سے پہلی کوئی کتاب (ف۸) یا کچھ بچا کھچا علم (ف۹) اگر تم سچے ہو (ف۱۰)
46:4 وَمَنْ أَضَلُّ مِمَّن يَدْعُوا۟ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مَن لَّا يَسْتَجِيبُ لَهُۥٓ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ وَهُمْ عَن دُعَآئِهِمْ غَٰفِلُونَ ٥
46:5
Ahmed Ali
Who is more astray than he who calls on those, apart from God, who cannot answer their prayers till the Day of Resurrection, and are even unaware of being called.
Shakir
And who is in greater error than he who calls besides Allah upon those that will not answer him till the day of resurrection and they are heedless of their call?

اور اس سے بڑھ کر گمراہ کون جو اللہ کے سوا ایسوں کو پوجے (ف۱۱) جو قیامت تک اس کی نہ سنیں اور انہیں ان کی پوجا کی خبر تک نہیں (ف۱۲)

Ahmed Ali
When all men are gathered together (on that Day) they will become their enemies and deny their worship.
Shakir
And when men are gathered together they shall be their enemies, and shall be deniers of their worshipping (them).
Ahmed Raza Khan
اور جب لوگوں کا حشر ہوگا وہ ان کے دشمن ہوں گے (ف۱۳) اور ان سے منکر ہوجائیں گے (ف۱۴)
46:6 وَإِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَٰتُنَا بَيِّنَٰتٍ قَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لِلْحَقِّ لَمَّا جَآءَهُمْ هَٰذَا سِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ ٧
46:7
Ahmed Ali
When Our clear revelations are read out to them, the infidels say of the truth, when it has come to them: "This is pure magic."
Shakir
And when Our clear communications are recited to them, those who disbelieve say with regard to the truth when it comes to them: This is clear magic.
Ahmed Raza Khan
اور جب ان پر (ف۱۵) پڑھی جائیں ہماری روشن آیتیں تو کافر اپنے پاس آئے ہوئے حق کو (ف۱۶) کہتے ہیں یہ کھلا جادو ہے (ف۱۷)
46:7 أَمْ يَقُولُونَ ٱفْتَرَىٰهُ قُلْ إِنِ ٱفْتَرَيْتُهُۥ فَلَا تَمْلِكُونَ لِى مِنَ ٱللَّهِ شَيْـًٔا هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا تُفِيضُونَ فِيهِ كَفَىٰ بِهِۦ شَهِيدًۢا بَيْنِى وَبَيْنَكُمْ وَهُوَ ٱلْغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ ٨
46:8
Ahmed Ali
Do they say: "He has fabricated it?" Tell them: "If I have fabricated it, you have no power to save me from God. He knows what you are busy with concerning this. He is sufficient as witness between you and me; yet He is forgiving, ever-merciful."
Shakir
Nay! they say: He has forged it. Say: If I have forged it, you do not control anything for me from Allah; He knows best what you utter concerning it; He is enough as a witness between me and you, and He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.

کیا کہتے ہیں انہوں نے اسے جی سے بنایا (ف۱۸) تم فرماؤ اگر میں نے اسے جی سے بنالیا ہوگا تو تم اللہ کے سامنے میرا کچھ اختیار نہیں رکھتے (ف۱۹) وہ خوب جانتا ہے جن باتوں میں تم مشغول ہو (ف۲۰) اور وہ کافی ہے میرے اور تمہارے درمیان گواہ، اور وہی بخشنے والا مہربان ہے (ف۲۱)
46:8 قُلْ مَا كُنتُ بِدْعًا مِّنَ ٱلرُّسُلِ وَمَآ أَدْرِى مَا يُفْعَلُ بِى وَلَا بِكُمْ إِنْ أَتَّبِعُ إِلَّا مَا يُوحَىٰٓ إِلَىَّ وَمَآ أَنَا۠ إِلَّا نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ ٩
46:9
Ahmed Ali
Say: "I am not a new Messenger to come, nor do I know what is to be done to me or you. I only follow what is revealed to me. My duty is only to warn you clearly."
Shakir
Say: I am not the first of the messengers, and I do not know what will be done with me or with you: I do not follow anything but that which is revealed to me, and I am nothing but a plain warner.
Ahmed Raza Khan
تم فرماؤ میں کوئی انوکھا رسول نہیں (ف۲۲) اور میں نہیں جانتا میرے ساتھ کیا کیا جائے گا اور تمہارے ساتھ کیا (ف۲۳) میں تو اسی کا تابع ہوں جو مجھے وحی ہوتی ہے (ف۲۴) اور میں نہیں مگر صاف ڈر سنانے والا،
46:9 قُلْ أَرَءَيْتُمْ إِن كَانَ مِنْ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ وَكَفَرْتُم بِهِۦ وَشَهِدَ شَاهِدٌ مِّنۢ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ عَلَىٰ مِثْلِهِۦ فَـَٔامَنَ وَٱسْتَكْبَرْتُمْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ٠١
46:10
Ahmed Ali
Tell them: "Think (of the consequence) if this is from God and you deny it when a witness from the people of Israel had testified to the like of it and come to believe, while you spurn it?" Assuredly God does not guide a wicked people.
Shakir
Say: Have you considered if it is from Allah, and you disbelieve in it, and a witness from among the children of Israel has borne witness of one like it, so he believed, while you are big with pride; surely Allah does not guide the unjust people.

تم فرماؤ بھلا دیکھو تو اگر وہ قرآن اللہ کے پاس سے ہو اور تم نے اس کا انکار کیا اور بنی اسرائیل کا ایک گواہ (ف۲۵) اس پر گواہی دے چکا (ف۲۶) تو وہ ایمان لایا اور تم نے تکبر کیا (ف۲۷) بیشک اللہ راہ نہیں دیتا ظالموں کو،
46:10 وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَوْ كَانَ خَيْرًا مَّا سَبَقُونَآ إِلَيْهِ وَإِذْ لَمْ يَهْتَدُوا۟ بِهِۦ فَسَيَقُولُونَ هَٰذَآ إِفْكٌ قَدِيمٌ ١١
46:11
Ahmed Ali
Those who deny say of those who believe: "Had there been any good in it they would not have preceded us in coming to it." Since they have not taken guidance from it, they will say: "This is the same old lie."
Shakir
And those who disbelieve say concerning those who believe: If it had been a good, they would not have gone ahead of us therein. And as they do not seek to be rightly directed thereby, they say: It is an old lie.
Ahmed Raza Khan
اور کافروں نے مسلمانوں کو کہا اگر اس میں (ف۲۸) کچھ بھلائی ہو تو یہ (ف۲۹) ہم سے آگے اس تک نہ پہنچ جاتے (ف۳۰) اور جب انہیں اس کی ہدایت نہ ہوئی تو اب (ف۳۱) کہیں گے کہ یہ پرانا بہتان ہے،
46:11 وَمِن قَبْلِهِۦ كِتَٰبُ مُوسَىٰٓ إِمَامًا وَرَحْمَةً وَهَٰذَا كِتَٰبٌ مُّصَدِّقٌ لِّسَانًا عَرَبِيًّا لِّيُنذِرَ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ وَبُشْرَىٰ لِلْمُحْسِنِينَ ٢١
46:12
Ahmed Ali
There was the Book of Moses before this, a guide and a mercy; and here is this Book confirming it in lucid language, warning those who are wicked, and giving happy tidings to the righteous.
Shakir
And before it the Book of Musa was a guide and a mercy: and this is a Book verifying (it) in the Arabic language that it may warn those who are unjust and as good news for the doers of good.
Ahmed Raza Khan
اور اس سے پہلے موسیٰ کی کتاب (ف۳۲) سے پیشوا اور مہربانی، اور یہ کتاب ہے تصدیق فرماتی (ف۳۳) عربی زبان میں کہ ظالموں کو ڈر سنائے، اور نیکوں کو بشارت،
46:12 إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوا۟ رَبُّنَا ٱللَّهُ ثُمَّ ٱسْتَقَٰمُوا۟ فَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ ٣١
46:13
Ahmed Ali
Surely for those who say, "God is our Lord," and then remain firm, there is no fear or regret.
Shakir
Surely those who say, Our Lord is Allah, then they continue on the right way, they shall have no fear nor shall they grieve.
Ahmed Raza Khan
بیشک وہ جنہوں نے کہا ہمارا رب اللہ ہے پھر ثابت قدم رہے (ف۳۴) نہ ان پر خوف (ف۳۵) نہ ان کو غم (ف۳۶)
46:13 أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ أَصْحَٰبُ ٱلْجَنَّةِ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ ٤١
46:14
Ahmed Ali
They are men of Paradise where they will abide for ever as a recompense for what they had done.
Shakir
These are the dwellers of the garden, abiding therein: a reward for what they did.

وہ جنت والے ہیں ہمیشہ اس میں رہیں گے ان کے اعمال کا انعام،
