سورة قريش
106:1

SINCE THE QURAISH have been united,

For the protection of the Qureaish--

اس لیے کہ قریش کو میل دلایا (ف۲)
106:1 إِۦلَٰفِهِمْ رِحْلَةَ ٱلشِّتَآءِ وَٱلصَّيْفِ ٢
106:2
Ahmed Ali
United to fit out caravans winter and summer,
Shakir
Their protection during their trading caravans in the winter and the summer--
Ahmed Raza Khan
ان کے جاڑے اور گرمی دونوں کے کوچ میں میل دلایا (رغبت دلائی)
106:2 فَلْيَعْبُدُوا۟ رَبَّ هَٰذَا ٱلْبَيْتِ ٣
106:3
Ahmed Ali
Let them worship the Lord of this House,
Shakir
So let them serve the Lord of this House

تو انہیں چاہیے اس گھر کے (ف۳) رب کی بندگی کریں،
106:3 ٱلَّذِىٓ أَطْعَمَهُم مِّن جُوعٍ وَءَامَنَهُم مِّنْ خَوْفٍۭ ٤
106:4
Ahmed Ali
Who provided them against destitution and gave them security against fear.
Shakir
Who feeds them against hunger and gives them security against fear.

جس نے انہیں بھوک میں (ف۴) کھانا دیا، اور انہیں ایک بڑے خوف سے امان بخشا (ف۵)
106:4 سورة الماعون
107:1
Ahmed Ali
HAVE YOU SEEN him who denies the Day of Judgement?
Shakir
Have you considered him who calls the judgment a lie?
Ahmed Raza Khan
بھلا دیکھو تو جو دین کو جھٹلاتا ہے (ف۲)
107:1 فَذَٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِى يَدُعُّ ٱلْيَتِيمَ ٢
107:2
Ahmed Ali
It is he who pushes the orphan away,
Shakir
That is the one who treats the orphan with harshness,
Ahmed Raza Khan
پھر وہ وہ ہے جو یتیم کو دھکے دیتا ہے (ف۳)
107:2 وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ ٣
107:3
Ahmed Ali
And does not induce others to feed the needy.
Shakir
And does not urge (others) to feed the poor.
Ahmed Raza Khan
اور مسکین کو کھانا دینے کی رغبت نہیں دیتا (ف۴)
107:3 فَوَيْلٌ لِّلْمُصَلِّينَ ٤
107:4
Ahmed Ali
Woe to those who pray
Shakir
So woe to the praying ones,
Ahmed Raza Khan
تو ان نمازیوں کی خرابی ہے،
107:4 ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَن صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ ٥
107:5
Ahmed Ali
But who are oblivious of their moral duties,
Shakir
Who are unmindful of their prayers,
Ahmed Raza Khan
جو اپنی نماز سے بھولے بیٹھے ہیں (ف۵)
107:5 ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ يُرَآءُونَ ٦
107:6
Ahmed Ali
Who dissimulate
Shakir
Who do (good) to be seen,
Ahmed Raza Khan
وہ جو دکھاوا کرتے ہیں (ف۶)
107:6 وَيَمْنَعُونَ ٱلْمَاعُونَ ٧
107:7
Ahmed Ali
And withhold things of common use (from others).
Shakir
And withhold the necessaries of life.

اور بر تنے کی چیز (ف۷) مانگے نہیں دیتے (ف۸)
107:7 سورة الكوثر
108:1
Ahmed Ali
HAVE SURELY given you pre-eminence (in numbers and following);
Shakir
Surely We have given you Kausar,
Ahmed Raza Khan
اے محبوب! بیشک ہم نے تمہیں بے شمار خوبیاں عطا فرمائیں (ف۲)
108:1 فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَٱنْحَرْ ٢
108:2
Ahmed Ali
So serve your Lord with full dedication and sacrifice.
Shakir
Therefore pray to your Lord and make a sacrifice.
Ahmed Raza Khan
تو تم اپنے رب کے لیے نماز پڑھو (ف۳) اور قربانی کرو (ف۴)
108:2 إِنَّ شَانِئَكَ هُوَ ٱلْأَبْتَرُ ٣
108:3
Ahmed Ali
It is surely your opponents whose line will come to end.
Shakir
Surely your enemy is the one who shall be without posterity,
Ahmed Raza Khan
بیشک جو تمہارا دشمن ہے وہی ہر خیر سے محروم ہے (ف۵)
108:3

109:1
Ahmed Ali
SAY: "O YOU unbelievers,
Shakir
Say: O unbelievers!
Ahmed Raza Khan
تم فرماؤ اے کافرو،
109:1 لَآ أَعْبُدُ مَا تَعْبُدُونَ ٢
109:2
Ahmed Ali
I do not worship what you worship,
Shakir
I do not serve that which you serve,
Ahmed Raza Khan
نہ میں پوجتا ہوں جو تم پوجتے ہو،
109:2 وَلَآ أَنتُمْ عَٰبِدُونَ مَآ أَعْبُدُ ٣
109:3
Ahmed Ali
Nor do you worship who I worship,
Shakir
Nor do you serve Him Whom I serve:

اور نہ تم پوجتے ہو جو میں پوجتا ہوں،
109:3 وَلَآ أَنَا۠ عَابِدٌ مَّا عَبَدتُّمْ ٤
109:4
Ahmed Ali
Nor will I worship what you worship,
Shakir
Nor am I going to serve that which you serve,
Ahmed Raza Khan
اور نہ میں پوجوں گا جو تم نے پوجا،
109:4 وَلَآ أَنتُمْ عَٰبِدُونَ مَآ أَعْبُدُ ٥
109:5
Ahmed Ali
Nor will you worship who I worship:
Shakir
Nor are you going to serve Him Whom I serve:
Ahmed Raza Khan
اور نہ تم پوجو گے جو میں پوجتا ہوں،
109:5 لَكُمْ دِينُكُمْ وَلِىَ دِينِ ٦
109:6
Ahmed Ali
To you your way, to me my way
Shakir
You shall have your religion and I shall have my religion.
Ahmed Raza Khan
تمہیں تمہارا دین اور مجھے میرا دین (ف۳)
109:6 سورة النصر
110:1
Ahmed Ali
WHEN THE HELP of God arrives and victory,
Shakir
When there comes the help of Allah and the victory,

جب اللہ کی مدد اور فتح آئے (ف۲)
110:1 وَرَأَيْتَ ٱلنَّاسَ يَدْخُلُونَ فِى دِينِ ٱللَّهِ أَفْوَاجًا ٢
110:2
Ahmed Ali
And you see men enter God´s discipline horde on horde,
Shakir
And you see men entering the religion of Allah in companies,
Ahmed Raza Khan
اور لوگوں کو تم دیکھو کہ اللہ کے دین میں فوج فوج داخل ہوتے ہیں (ف۳)
110:2 فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَٱسْتَغْفِرْهُ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ تَوَّابًۢا ٣
110:3
Ahmed Ali
Then glorify your Lord and seek His forgiveness. Verily He is relenting.
Shakir
Then celebrate the praise of your Lord, and ask His forgiveness; surely He is oft-returning (to mercy).

تو اپنے رب کی ثناء کرتے ہوئے اس کی پاکی بولو اور اس سے بخشش چاہو (ف۴) بیشک وہ بہت توبہ قبول کرنے والا ہے (ف۵)
110:3 سورة المسد
111:1
Ahmed Ali
DESTROYED WILL BE the hands of Abu Lahab, and he himself will perish.
Shakir
Perdition overtake both hands of Abu Lahab, and he will perish.

تباہ ہوجائیں ابولہب کے دونوں ہاتھ اور وہ تباہ ہوہی گیا (ف۲)
111:1 مَآ أَغْنَىٰ عَنْهُ مَالُهُۥ وَمَا كَسَبَ ٢
111:2
Ahmed Ali
Of no avail shall be his wealth, nor what he has acquired.
Shakir
His wealth and what he earns will not avail him.
Ahmed Raza Khan
اسے کچھ کام نہ آیا اس کا مال اور نہ جو کمایا (ف۳)
111:2 سَيَصْلَىٰ نَارًا ذَاتَ لَهَبٍ ٣
111:3
Ahmed Ali
He will be roasted in the fire,
Shakir
He shall soon burn in fire that flames,
Ahmed Raza Khan
اب دھنستا ہے لپٹ مارتی آگ میں وہ،
111:3 وَٱمْرَأَتُهُۥ حَمَّالَةَ ٱلْحَطَبِ ٤
111:4
Ahmed Ali
And his wife, the portress of fire wood,
Shakir
And his wife, the bearer of fuel,
Ahmed Raza Khan
اور اس کی جُورو (ف۴) لکڑیوں کا گٹھا سر پر اٹھاتی،
111:4 فِى جِيدِهَا حَبْلٌ مِّن مَّسَدٍۭ ٥
111:5
Ahmed Ali
Will have a strap of fibre rope around her neck.
Shakir
Upon her neck a halter of strongly twisted rope.

اس کے گلے میں کھجور کی چھال کا رسّا، (ف۵)
